GISS Technology continued its development and global collaboration in 2025. Research and industrial applications expanded as more companies explored advanced semi-solid metal processing using GISS technology. Development of high-performance casting processes progressed further, supporting the production of stronger, lighter, and more sustainable metal components.

Technical collaborations with industry partners and research institutions increased, enabling further improvements in alloy development, process control, and manufacturing efficiency. Demonstrations and pilot implementations of GISS-based technologies were carried out in multiple facilities, highlighting the growing interest in next-generation casting solutions.

The year also saw continued progress in machine development, including optimization of the GISS Giga Casting Unit for large-scale industrial production and broader adoption of the GISS Lab Unit for research, education, and laboratory-scale experimentation.

These efforts strengthened the global ecosystem around GISS technology and reinforced its role as an emerging platform for innovation in advanced metal casting and sustainable manufacturing.
